Terms of Service

The service. Word to Shot lets you generate images and videos with AI models using prepaid credits. Generation is provided by third-party AI providers; results vary and may be imperfect.
Your account. You must be at least 18 and give a real email. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content. You keep the rights you have in your prompts and uploads, and you may use your results for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. You give us the permission needed to process your prompts and files to provide the service.
What you may not do. No sexual content involving minors; no non-consensual intimate imagery; no content that impersonates or deceives about a real person without their consent; no harassment, hate or violent extremism; no infringing others' copyrights or trademarks; no illegal content; no attempts to break, overload or resell the service. Uploads of real people need their permission. We may refuse requests, remove content and close accounts that break these rules.
AI content. Results are generated by AI. Do not present them as real footage of real events or people. Where the law requires, label them as AI-generated.
Credits. Credits are prepaid, have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire while the service runs. The price of each generation is shown before you generate and may change for future generations.
No warranty; limits. The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes and contact. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept them. Contact: support.
Privacy Policy

What we keep. Your email, a scrambled (hashed) password, your credit balance and purchase history, your prompts, uploaded references and generated files.
Google sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your email address and Google's confirmation that it is yours. We do not get your contacts, files or any other Google data, and we use your email only to sign you in and contact you about your account. Our use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Why. To run your account, generate what you ask for, take payments, prevent abuse and answer support requests.
Who else sees it. Stripe processes payments (we never see your full card number). Your prompts and uploads are sent to our AI generation provider to create your results. Email is sent through our email provider. We do not sell your data and use no advertising trackers.
How long. Generated files and prompts stay until you remove them or close your account. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights. Ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account. Cookies: one cookie only, to keep you signed in. Contact: support.
Refund Policy
Failed generations are refunded automatically in credits: if a generation fails, is blocked by the content filter, or times out, every credit it used comes back.
Unused credits can be refunded to your card within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that purchase were used. Contact us with your account email.
Used credits are not refundable, because the cost is paid to the AI provider when your request runs. If a result is clearly broken (for example an empty or corrupted file), contact us and we will review it.
